oh, hello there
May 7, 2008I have been mia. I know. I’m sorry. I’m a blogging jerk. Or non-blogging jerk. I blame my lack of internet which will change…in two weeks.
What???
Oh right, I’m moving. 99% officially. Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! So excited. Yes, there is the packing, the moving (um hi, movers), and the roommates. BUT there is also the new space, the walk-in closet, the fresh start, the new beginning. I need new. I need my ex to not be around the corner. His gf around another corner. Work across the street. Frat boys on my stoop. (This all was appealing when I was 23. I realize this.) But I’m about to be 27 (horror!). I’m in a professional job. I am turning a corner where I’m ok with myself. I’m happy. But I need that final kick to make things right. (Um and a cute boy, but whatev.)
I keep trying to tell kitten she needs to pack while I am at work. She does not listen.
Also exciting about moving-the purge of the crap. So much stuff I can give to good will and throw out. The thought of this makes me happier thank you could imagine. Seriously thrilled.
I can’t wait for a post not from my blackberry. For reals. Writing suggestions/questions may make more posts happen. Force me to write, kids! You can do it!!!

yay!!! Exciting stuff. I’m glad you found a place. And I know what you mean about getting kitten to pack. I’ve tried to get my lion (he’s ginormous!) to clean my room while I’m at work, but he just sleeps and eats. blah!
